Julie is the dedicated Care Manager at Blue Ridge Acupuncture and Integrative Health in Boone, North Carolina, where she ensures that every patient receives the highest quality, most comprehensive care possible. Although she grew up in Charlotte, she has built deep roots in the Boone community and surrounding areas, developing strong connections and a genuine passion for helping others thrive.
She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, a background that strengthened her organization and patient-centered service. For over two years, Julie has been a dedicated member of the Blue Ridge Acupuncture and Integrative Health team. She works closely alongside our doctors to help deliver exceptional, coordinated care and ensure that each patient’s experience is seamless.
As Care Manager, Julie assists patients in understanding and following their personalized wellness plans as directed by the doctors. She educates patients on integrative health care approaches, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their healing journey. She carefully ensures that all labs are received and organized so patients are fully prepared to receive the best possible care. Her attention to detail and proactive communication create a smooth, supportive experience for every individual who walks through our doors.
Julie also leads our Neurofeedback division. She works closely with the doctors to administer neurofeedback sessions and conducts the brain maps that provide important data for patient care. Through this advanced technology, she plays an integral role in supporting patients as they work toward improved brain function and overall well-being.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Julie helps lead our marketing and community outreach efforts. Having lived in the mountains for over 20 years, she has deep ties to the Boone community and surrounding areas. She actively connects with local organizations, businesses, and groups to coordinate educational seminars, workshops, and talks. She is passionate about bringing integrative health education into the community and empowering others with knowledge about holistic care options.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys cheering on her favorite football team and spending meaningful, quality time with her family and friends. She is married and has two grown children, and she cherishes every opportunity to gather together and create lasting memories.
