Tabitha has been a dedicated employee of Blue Ridge Acupuncture and Integrative Health for over five years, serving as Practice Manager, Senior Care Manager, and our Integrative Health and Well-Being Coach while providing exceptional, patient-centered care and working closely alongside our doctors in integrative and functional medicine. With more than 18 years of experience in natural medicine and integrative health, she brings both depth of knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to helping patients achieve lasting wellness.
Throughout her career, Tabitha has supported individuals facing a wide range of health conditions, passionately educating them about the body’s innate ability to heal and the value of holistic and alternative approaches to care. She has extensive knowledge in functional medicine, gained through years of study and hands-on experience working alongside doctors and practitioners in the field. As a direct liaison between patients and providers, she plays an integral role in managing the office and leading the team, all while coordinating patient care, teaching the clinic’s Detox class, and meeting one-on-one with patients to provide personalized coaching in nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and overall wellness.
Previously, Tabitha served as the Clinical Manager in a high-volume chiropractic practice, where she was a certified Chiropractic Assistant (CA), the team lead, and managed the clinical team while working side by side with the doctors to ensure seamless, comprehensive patient care. She also earned certifications and advanced training in Pulse Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF), Spinal Decompression, Neurofeedback, Neurogenx, and neuropathy programs, further strengthening her clinical leadership and expertise.
She is a graduate of Duke Integrative Medicine’s Integrative Health and Well-Being program, where she studied neuroscience and behavioral change—foundations that strongly align with the clinic’s holistic approach to health. Her continued dedication to professional growth and whole-person care makes her an invaluable asset to both the clinic and the patients she serves.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, she values quality time with her family, long hikes with her dog, and the quiet escape of a good book.
